Reflections #7

Today, we explored careers on an online website: Naviance. The jobs were described in great detail, from employment to earnings. I was surprised of the salary of a nurse. I always thought that nurses weren't paid very well, but they actually earn a very healthy wage. On the other the hand, I always had this belief that lawyers earned millions a year, but their pay is actually a lot lower than I expected. I looked up music director--which is one of the careers I'm currently interested in-- and the pay is pretty good, as well as the learning environment and style.
